We live miles from the nearest hospital and many minutes away from paramedic assistance. Can you recognise when someone is having a stroke or heart attack? Perform CPR? Use the defibrillator that is in the village? Help someone who is bleeding heavily or know the right thing to do in a severe allergic reaction? Your child or grandchild is choking-how can you help?
Come along this evening and learn skills that could make a difference.
Feel confident about helping someone in a First Aid Emergency.
